Once you have completed your enrollment form, our team moves quickly to get you started on your path to wellness. Here is what happens over the next few days:

 

Step 1: Welcome & Scheduling - Keep an eye on your inbox! You will receive a personalized email from the Heal Functional Medicine team to help you get scheduled for your first initial appointment.

 

Step 2: Confirmation Text - Once your appointment is officially on our calendar, you will receive a text message confirmation.
