Intro Session
Your health history is deeply personal, and sharing it right away might not feel comfortable. If you’d like to see if Dr. Allyson Howarth is a good fit for you, consider scheduling a brief 15-minute meet and greet. This optional appointment allows you to get to know Dr. Howarth and discuss your health needs in a private setting.

Initial Evaluation with Dr. Allyson
We’ll spend about 75 minutes together to learn your history, symptoms, about any previous labs, and any other concerns you have. Together, we will decide and discuss a personalized plan going forward.

Labs, Imaging & Plans

Finding your Root Cause
Based on your Initial Evaluation you may be recommended for blood work, Imaging or a supplement plan or other. Based on your results we will discuss at your next appointment.
We will discuss your lab results, imaging results and how you are feeling. We will come up with a plan for you to follow based on what we have found your root cause is.

Follow up Visits as needed
Follow up visits are typically 30 minutes and occur on a as need basis. At each Follow Up visit, we will review your response to previous recommendations, and make decisions based on that information. This allows us to continually modify your treatment plan to help you feel better as soon as possible.

Graduation and Maintenance
Woohoo! You feel a lot better and are ready to graduate. Isn’t it a relief to know that you can put this challenging time in your life behind you and move on? Of course you can schedule maintenance appointments as needed.

Due at your first visit
ENROLLMENT FEE-
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $300 charged for new memberships at time of enrollment for on-boarding, account set-up, intake process, health history, and program placement.

A credit card is required on file for monthly auto-charge and other services.Payment or arranged payment plan is due at time of service.You will not be charged until you are accepted as a patient.
